Delete your Keep Detailing account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time. · Versión en español

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Keep Detailing and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (menu ☰ → Settings).
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with your password or your Google or Apple account.

Without the app

Send an email to soporte@keepdetailingapp.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Keep Detailing account". We will delete it within a maximum of 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name and profile photo).
• Vehicles, jobs, products, wishlist and all photos.
• AI assistant conversations, subscription status, usage counters and your customer record in RevenueCat.

Deletion is permanent. Google's internal backups may take up to 180 days to be fully erased. Any reports of AI answers you sent are kept (for up to 24 months) without being linked to your account, and crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days. Google Play and Apple may keep the purchase receipts required by law.

Important if you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Manage subscriptions) or, on iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
