1. Who we are

Keep Detailing is an app provided by Cristian Balbet Soler, Calle Camino de los Luceros, 6, 04131 Almería (Spain), contact: soporte@keepdetailingapp.com. By creating an account you accept these terms. You must be 18 or older to use the app.

2. The service

Keep Detailing lets you record your vehicles, the detailing treatments you carry out and your products, and ask an artificial intelligence assistant. You need an account and an internet connection to sync your data.

3. Plans and subscriptions

• There is a free plan with limits and paid plans (Pro and Premium) with more capacity and access to the AI assistant. The limits of each plan are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions are purchased and charged through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone), at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase (taxes included where applicable).
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before from the store where you bought it: Google Play (Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions) or, on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy or, if you bought it on iPhone, by Apple's terms (you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com).
• If there is a free trial, it will be shown in the app and the plan will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription: cancel it first.

4. Artificial intelligence assistant

The assistant's answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. They are for guidance only: always check the manufacturer's instructions for each product and test on an inconspicuous area before applying a treatment. Never mix chemical products together unless the manufacturer says so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from following its recommendations.

If an answer seems wrong, dangerous or offensive, you can report it with the “Report” button below each answer; we will review it. You may not try to make the assistant bypass its safety rules or use it for purposes other than vehicle care.

5. Your content

The data and photos you upload are yours. You only give us permission to store them and show them in the app in order to provide the service. Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access other users' data, bypass plan limits, automate the use of the AI assistant or use the app for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We recommend not using the app as the only record of critical information. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Leaving

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like from Settings → Delete account.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will notify you in the app of significant changes. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence and keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country.
